Do you ever need a little space just for you?   Take a pause from daily life and step into a Creativity Day!  It has been designed to offer you a chance to renew yourself.  

[NOTE:  This is a donation-based event; pay what you can to help offset materials.]

You will be  welcomed into a "no-judgment zone" with space to reflect, express some of your innate creativity (yes, everyone has it!)  and  relax. The art methods will incorporate non-outcome based activities to enhance self-reflection and expression (art journaling &/or expressive painting).  If you can paint like a 3 year old, you will be able to participate!  

Some gentle movement and guided relaxation will be incorporated.

You will always be encouraged to do (or not do) what feels right for you.

Allow yourself some time off & return refreshed to your daily life!
