About the Event
Have you been fantasizing about a little space just for you? It is easy in our world to give so much and not find time to receive. Take a pause and step into a pop-up Creativity Day Spa! It has been created to offer you a chance to renew yourself.
[NOTE: This is a donation-based event; pay what you can via cash, check or Venmo.]
You will be warmly welcomed into a "no-judgment zone" with space to reflect, express some of your innate creativity (yes, everyone has it!) and deeply relax. The art methods will incorporate non-outcome based activities to enhance self-reflection and expression (reflective coloring, art journaling, & expressive painting). If you can paint like a 3 year old, you will be able to participate!
Some gentle movement and guided relaxation will be incorporated.
You will always be encouraged to do (or not do) what feels right…
