After the holiday season will you be fantasizing about a little space just for you?   It is easy in our world to give & give and not find time to receive.   Take a pause and step into a pop-up Creativity Day Spa!  It has been created to offer you  a chance to renew yourself.

You will be warmly welcomed into a "no-judgment zone" with space to reflect, express some of your innate creativity (yes, everyone has it!)  and deeply relax. The art methods will incorporate non-outcome based activities to enhance self-reflection and expression (reflective coloring, art journaling, & expressive painting).  If you can paint like a 3 year old, you will be able to participate!  

Some gentle movement and guided relaxation will be incorporated.

You will always be encouraged to do (or not do) what feels right for you.

Allow yourself some time off & return refreshed to your daily life!
