Experience a guided self-exploration of your energetic body through:

*Music (w/ optional chanting)

*Intuitive Painting

Fostering a connection with your energetic body can lead to positive shifts in your mental, emotional and physical well-being. Each preparatory set will provide you with experiential information to step into another realm of expression with intuitive painting.  You do NOT have to know how to paint and will be provided with guidance in this process.  During the workshop, each participant will be entirely self-focused and no one will be observing/commenting on the painting or any other portion of your practice.

We will integrate these experiences with a grounded, closing practice.  You will leave with your paintings as a visual reminder and/or tool for your continued personal discovery.

BRING:  water bottle & yoga mat

WEAR:  stretchy, layered clothing that can tolerate a splash or two of paint (it is washable!).  Painting aprons will be on hand.
