About the Event

How are you showing up for yourself in daily life?  Does everyday life feel a bit hard at times? Are you experiencing a loss or transition of any kind?  Do you support yourself like a loving friend would whether in everyday or challenging circumstances?

Come to a safe, quiet space to kindly tend to yourself.  The workshop will begin and end with circle-time, providing you with an opportunity to share within the group.   To help us begin to listen compassionately to ourselves, we will use gentle movement and step into process-based art activities.  With a hush around you, and no need to tend to others, see what unfolds...  No matter what may show up, there will be support for you to express what may be ready to come forward.

---This workshop is created for you to listen to yourself and do what feels affirming without expectation or judgment.--

  • Light Snacks  
  • Chai tea, assortment of herbal/black/green teas
  • Creative Materials

To Bring/Wear:

  • Journal or Notebook 
  • Comfortable, layered clothing that can take a splash or two of washable paint
  • Slippers &/or warm socks may feel soothing
