About the Event
How are you showing up for yourself in daily life? Are you experiencing fatigue, a loss or transition of any kind? Do you support yourself like a loving friend would whether in everyday or challenging circumstances?
Come to a safe, quiet space to kindly tend to yourself. The workshop will begin and end with circle-time, providing you with an opportunity to share within the group. To help us begin to listen compassionately to ourselves, we will use gentle movement and then step into silence. With a hush around you, and no need to tend to others, see what unfolds... No matter what may show up, there will be support for you to express what may be ready to come forward.
